Tools, Support & Resources
This page is designed to give you tools, readings, and materials that support personal growth, professional development, and overall well-being.
Journals
One of the most common questions I receive is about how to start journaling. To help with this, I’ve published two journals designed to guide individuals through developing their core beliefs, clarifying their values, and deepening their spiritual growth.

It's Me: A 30-Day Journal
A 30-day journal with daily prompts to help you get into the habit of journaling. A guided journal that helps you discover your core beliefs and values; a simple and effective way to find out more about yourself. Whether you're starting your journaling practice or an experienced writer, this journal will help you dig deeper into who you are and what you desire.
Soul Search: Reflections for Spiritual Growth
Discover the power of intuition, explore the essence of your soul, and reflect on your spiritual purpose. It's inclusive of all beliefs, making it suitable for anyone regardless of religious affiliation. Each page offers a new opportunity to connect with your inner self and the divine, complete with beautiful, meditative coloring pages for days when words are just out of reach.
Book Recommendations
In therapy sessions, I aim to provide tools and support in a person's journey of healing and self-discovery. Part of this support includes recommending books that can offer deeper insights into various therapeutic methodologies and understandings of different diagnoses. These books are a valuable resource, helping to gain a broader perspective on experiences and the therapy process. By exploring these readings, one can enhance understanding and actively participate in their healing process. Below, you'll find a list of books that I've found particularly beneficial for clients who want to deepen their understanding and complement the therapeutic process.

Trans Trend
We are in a day and age where mental health has become trendy. Our youth brag about being in therapy, find honor in taking medications, and feel a sense of belonging when adopting to the new social norms.

The Trans-contagion is real. Especially for younger girls and autistic-spectrum disorders.
It's not easy navigating through this ideology that has broken many families apart. We have been told that Gender Affirming Care (GAC) is the best approach to "saving" our trans children.

This is false.

There is no scientific study to support this position, and in fact, there are now studies to suggest otherwise. Even a recent study shows that individuals who underwent gender-affirming surgery had significantly higher risks of mental health issues compared to those who did not have surgery.

I've compiled a list of resources for anyone who needs help, understanding or research in the area of trans-youth.

And for the record, my belief is that no one is born in the "wrong" body and there are no trans-kids. We only have children and youth that are confused and need help processing their confusion while affirming reality.
